Refund policy

At Veloura, we want you to feel confident with every order.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Opened, used, or consumable wellness products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@myveloura.co and we’ll make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
